Hi Mia, congratulations on the wedding. September 12 is open, and a blush and cream palette for 120 guests usually runs $4,000 to $6,000. I can put together a full breakdown once I have a few more details. Just answer a few quick questions at the link below.

Sound familiar?

The orders are there. The inbox is the bottleneck.

Inquiries from different places

Instagram, email, a text, a referral on WhatsApp. Peak season hits and a few of them quietly slip. You cannot always remember who confirmed and who went cold.

The same reply, fifty times

Prices, pickup windows, what you do and do not take. You retype the same paragraph until 11pm. Answering messages takes as long as arranging the flowers.

"How much?" with nothing to quote

They ask the price before you know the date, the size, or the guest count. Every detail is another message. Ten messages later they go quiet.

Your inquiry assistant

Starts the day you onboard · works your whole busy season

Day-to-day duties

  • Drafts a reply to every availability and pricing question
  • Turns intake details into itemized quotes
  • Follows up with customers who went quiet
  • Learns your pricing, your voice, and your rules

Reports to

You. Every draft waits for your approval. It never sends, never quotes, and never promises a date on its own.

Never asks for

Time off, a salary, or months of training. It is ready the day your storefront goes live.

Gets better every week

Every reply you approve or edit will train and improve your assistant. The more it learns about your business, the sharper its drafts get.

How it works

A day on the job, start to finish.

Your assistant drafts a reply for every inquiry. You spend seconds reviewing instead of minutes writing, and every send is still your call.

A customer messages you

Through your storefront, or pasted in from an email or DM. Lands as a structured lead, not a thread to dig through.

Hi Sarah, happy to put something together for your mom. A peony-forward arrangement at $120 sounds perfect, and I'll skip the lilies. Morning pickup on May 24th works for us.

You are the final yes

It is a co-pilot, not autopilot.

Catalogbase never messages a customer for you. Every draft stops and waits for one of three decisions.

Approve

The draft is right. One tap and it goes out in your voice.

Edit

Close, but not quite. Fix a line and send. Your edit teaches the assistant.

Reject

Wrong call for this customer. Write your own, or tell the assistant what to change and get a new draft.

Before and after

The florist stays creative. The inbox gets a system.

Most inquiries are not hard because of one message. They are hard because the useful details are spread across a dozen replies.

Before

A bride asks if you are free in June. The thread stalls while you chase the date, the venue, the guest count, the palette, and your delivery minimum.

After

The request lands with those details already filled in and a reply waiting. You read it for thirty seconds, fix one word, and approve.

What you get in the pilot.

No add-ons and no upsell screens. This is the whole tool.

A mobile-first storefront with your branding

One place for storefront requests and the messages you paste in

About the pilot

We set up your shop with you, by hand.

This is early, and we are not pretending otherwise. For the pilot we build your storefront, load your services and prices, and tune the first drafts from your real inquiries with you on a call. There is no blank dashboard waiting for you and no setup homework. We take a few florists at a time so we can get each shop right.

You can reach the founder directly at contact@catalogbase.com.

Questions florists ask first.

Does the AI send replies on its own?

No. Catalogbase is a co-pilot, not autopilot. Your assistant writes the draft. You approve, edit, or reject it before anything reaches the customer. Nothing goes out without you.

How does the AI know my pricing and policies?

We set it up with you during onboarding. The assistant learns your services, pricing tiers, cutoff times, and what you do and do not accept. It comes from a short interview. You do not need to prepare any documents.

Does this replace my website, Instagram, or referrals?

No. Catalogbase works alongside wherever customers find you. Drop your storefront link in your Instagram bio, your website footer, or a referral email. It handles what happens after someone wants to order.

I am not technical. Can I set this up?

Yes, and you will not be doing it alone. I will walk you through every step, explain how each part works, and set up your storefront and assistant with you. No code, nothing technical to figure out. You will always know what is happening and why, so it feels comfortable, not confusing.

What if I already take payment through Venmo, Zelle, or an invoice tool?

That works. Catalogbase does not force a payment method. We organize your inquiries, and your money keeps flowing wherever it already does.

What does the pilot cost?

We are still settling on pricing. Pilot florists get hands-on setup and a long runway while we learn together. We will be straight with you about cost on the first call.

How fast can I be live?

Most shops go live within a few days of the setup call, once we have your services and prices loaded.

What happens if I cancel?

Export everything as CSV anytime. No lock-in and no hostage data. Your customer information is always yours.

Your next rush is already on the calendar.

Get a florist inbox that keeps up. The pilot is small and the setup is on us.
